So apparently Long Board shops exist. Luckily on their grand openings they give away free alcohol.
DJ and I managed to find this spot, and by the end of the night have everyone hating us. We did get them to play Trife Life, though. ”Not bad for short boarders”
I think what bummed out the shop owners the most was after trying to control an out-of-control DJ, they had to give him a brand new long board of his choice that he won in the raffle.
Overall, I’d say that night was a success. Thanks Bustin Boards for all the free alcohol and people to laugh at.
Halloween in Philly included undead billy mays, undead bbqer, undead hispanic, beavis, and butthead?
As I was walking into internship today, the Today Show was shooting a Halloween special outside the building. They had a ton of original Star Wars props and costumes set up, including an X-Wing. Snagged a photo and watched for a few minutes before I headed to the cubicle.
Procrastination hits again. Left another video project undone until the last minute. Filmed this one the night before it was due and edited the morning of. The assignment was to shoot a single scene with no dialogue. Plus everything in the room had to contribute to the story.
As I’m sure you can tell, we thought the story up a few minutes before we started shooting, so there’s a good chance it won’t make sense to you. At least this week’s assignment is to re-shoot all of our videos. Another chance to actually make it good.
